Why I have been MIA and other shockers

Okay, so seriously so many of you have emailed me asking why I have been offline and not really engaging any much. I just haven’t been feeling well lately. You know the old saying, “Sick and tired of being sick and tired.” That would be me. After dragging my sorry ass around for way too long, I finally went to the doctor. (Do you know how many cooties there are out there that a person can catch??) The good news is it is not mono like I was beginning to think. However, Mommy needs a lot more coffee (and more) now. All I can say is: Seriously?
NO! Not seriously. Remember my jubilation over the big V the hubby had?
I gotta say it and had to do it.

I really do hate this day but I figure it would be the only time I could announce a pregnancy on my blog EVER. So I took it. Thanks go to Kristen for allowing me to steal her real pregnancy test picture.

I understand just being sick and tired, though. Seems like the plague keeps circulating through my house and I can’t get rid of it.

April 2nd, 2008 at 8:40 AMActually, Grace, I am not going to the Johnson & Johnson’s Baby Camp. I was invited, but I had to put my family first.
My daughter’s birthday is today (on the 2nd) and being with her had to be my priority. (For this mom, it was a no brainer seeing as she is only 7.) But otherwise, honey, I so would have signed you up for all of the swag.
Now…if only I can find someone to get some goodies for me!
