I have good kids, they have bad habits

I recently was able to read the book Good Kids, Bad Habits: The RealAge Guide to Raising Healthy Children.  The title of the book alone was enough to get my interest.  But as I dug in, I began to become one of those parents who realized that this book was written for me. For my children.
