Friday makes me happy!

For the most part, I am very easily amused. It really doesn’t take much to entertain me or make me happy.
Today is Friday. That thrills me! No, not because my work week ends. My work week never ends (as she so perfectly talks about here). Do you want to know why I am thrilled it is Friday?
Because my People magazine comes on Friday. I love when my People comes in the mail. Have you ever seen the movie The Jerk? Remember that scene when the phone book arrives and Steve Martin is jumping around and dancing while shouting out “The new phonebook’s here! The new phonebook’s here!”
Yep. That is so me when the new People arrives.
So next time you glance over at the People magazines while you are in the checkout line in a grocery store, you can think of me and my “The new People’s here!” dance. (And just ignore the weird stares you may get when you start to giggle to yourself. Those people don’t get it.)
